Information on the Employment Center

Employment Center Information

Employers want and need access to a pool of qualified, experienced people who are responsible, reliable and dependable. By using the Employment Center, employers have access to many benefits:

  1. Employers have the ability to post jobs on the Employment Center site, allowing job seekers to apply directly for these jobs through the Employment Center.

  2. Additionally, most job seekers whose information is available on the Employment Center site have been tested and their test results, from an aptitude and behavioral standpoint, are available to employers on a fee basis to ascertain the likelihood of the job seekers being successful in jobs for which employers might consider them. The testing system utilized to determine job fit is an extensive one that has been used for well over two decades with companies across America such as General Electric, Toyota, Time Warner Cable, McGraw-Hill, Marconi, Cendant Corporation, U S Food Service, Sprint, Federal Express, Avis, Brinks Home Security, Nextel, CitiTravel, Haverty's, ACE-America's Cash Express, Norvergence, Darr Equipment, Gemological Institute of America, InfoCision, L. D. Brinkman, the University of Phoenix, TAC Americas and others.

  3. Employers have the ability, at discounted rates, to have a specially derived online Employment Center created for them which handles the entire recruiting process electronically through the web. The Employment Center encompasses the following and allows a job seeker to:
    1. Choose a Job to Apply For

    2. Complete qualifying pre-screening questions

    3. Complete application (and attach resume)

    4. Complete background verification and/or credit check info

    5. Complete affirmative action data

    6. Complete job-fit testing

Employer hiring managers enter the site through an Administrative button. They then enter codes which isolate them to a location or locations whereby they access data by location, by job category, candidate name, rating as per correct answers to pre-screening questions, optionally open application and/or resume; optionally view test results, etc.

  4. Employers have access to other assessments for pre-employment selection and employee development on a discounted basis to work with their existing workforce.
