Job Opportunities
- To search and view the jobs no login is required.
- Click Job Opportunities to go to job search page.
- Enter the secondary
code and click the Submit button.
- Jobs particular to that secondary code will be listed. You can sort
the job list either by "Date" field or by "Job Title" field.
- To view job details, click on one of the job titles.
- Once you have viewed the job details, you can apply for the job by
clicking on "Click here to apply now."
- At this point, if you are not logged in, you will be prompted
to login.
- If you are a new user, click the link "Click Here to register"
and complete the profile.
- If you are doing the "Assessment Only", you will be taken to the
assessment section, once you complete the profile. If you
are applying for a job, you will be taken to the prescreen
questions page for that job, once you complete the profile.
Once you complete the prescreen questions you will be taken
to the assessment section.
- After completing the assessment, you will be taken to a confirmation
page. You have completed the job application process.
Note: If you leave the assessment incomplete, you can always come back and complete
it at a later time. However, you will not be able to apply
for any job
and employers cannot search for your profile until you complete the
assessment. (To complete the assessment at any time just login and
follow the instructions).
- If you are a returning user, you can login and answer the prescreen
questions related to that job and click submit.
- You have now completed the application process.
- Click on "Employer Login" and login using your secondary code
and password.
- View Applicant
- To view an applicant, click on the View Applicant link. This
takes you to the "Search Applicant" page.
- To view all the applicants, leave the preferences as they are,
and click the submit button.
- You can also filter the applicants by selecting a job and/or
a folder.
- When you click submit on the "Search Applicant page,"
you will be presented with a list of all applicants who matched
your search criteria.
- On the "Applicant List" page, you can sort the list by Name, Date/Time
applied and Prescore.
- You can also filter the applicants by selecting a job and/or
a folder.
- To move the applicant/applicants to a different folder, check the checkbox
in the "Move to Folder" column for the applicant/applicants,
select the folder to move to at the bottom of the page and
then click the "Move" button.
- Applicants with "Test Only" in the "Jobs Applied" column,
are those applicants who have taken only the assessment.
- Click on the applicant's name to view the applicant's profile.
- You must view the applicant's prescreen before you can view the
application, resume, assessment or scoresheet.( You
have to select
a job for which you want to view the applicant's prescreen,
assessment and scoresheet. Application and resume are always the
same no
matter
what job you select).
- Before viewing prescreen details, assessment or scoresheet,
always make sure you have selected a job or it will result in a
general assessment and scoresheet.
- You can move the applicant to a different folder for a particular
job, by selecting a folder and a job and then clicking the "Move
to Folder" button.
- You can also add recruiter notes for the applicant. Click the "Add/Update
Notes" button, to add or update recruiter notes.
- You can also email the prescreen, application, resume,
assessment, scoresheet and recruiter notes for the applicant.
- Make a Purchase
- If you do not have enough credit in your account, you can make
a purchase(using your credit card) by clicking "Make a Purchase"
and following the instructions.
- Add a job
- To add information about a new job opening click "Add a
Job".
- After you have added the job, you can add the prescreen questions
for the job (read the next section for more details).
- Add Pre-Screen questions
- If, for any of the jobs, prescreen questions were not added ,
you can click "Add Pre-Screen questions" link to add prescreen
questions anytime.
- To add prescreen questions, first select a job, enter the total
prescreen questions you need for this job and click the "Set Questions" button.
- You will be presented with the "total questions" number of textboxes.
- To add predefined questions click the "click here to select
predefined questions" button. You will be presented with all
the general predefined questions.
- Use the checkbox to select the questions.
- The number of questions you have selected at any instant are displayed
at the top and bottom of the page.
- Click the submit button once you have finished selecting the questions.
- The question number for the questions that you had selected will be displayed
in the textboxes.
- If you have selected more predefined questions than
required, only the required number of questions(beginning from
the first
selected
question) are used and the remaining questions are ignored.
- if you have selected less predefined questions than
required, the remaining questions will be filled with 0s(zeroes)
which implies
custom questions(i.e.
you need to define the questions and answers for those questions).
- Click the "Edit Questions" button. On the "Edit
Questions" page,
you can edit the questions and the answers and also specify the
correct answer/answers. If you have specified a 0(zero) for any
of the questions, you have to define the question and the answers
for
those questions. Click the "Save Questions" button to
save the prescreen questions.
- Deactivate jobs
- To deactivate any of the jobs, that you have added, click on
"Deactivate Jobs".
- On the deactivation page are two listboxes; one displays
all the Active jobs and the other displays all the Deactive jobs.
- Select the jobs you want to deactivate from the Active jobs list
and then click the DeActivate button.
- To save the changes, click the Submit button.
- To reset the changes, click the Reset button.
